This Privacy Policy explains how PT Pero Universal Indonesia (“Pero Indonesia”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data in connection with the PËRO brand, this website (perointernational.com), our official online stores and our PËRO stores.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

• When you visit this website. This website has no user accounts, forms, cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data in server logs — such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request — for security and to keep the website running.
• When you contact us. If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you share, such as your name, phone number, email address, the content of your message and any order details.
• When you buy from our official marketplace stores. When you order PËRO products on TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia or Blibli, the platform shares with us the information needed to fulfil your order, such as the recipient’s name, delivery address, phone number, the products ordered and the order number. Payments are processed by the platform; we do not receive your full card or bank account details.
• When you shop at our web store. Our web store, peroindonesia.com, is a separate website with its own privacy policy (opens in a new tab), which applies to accounts, orders and payments made there.
• When you shop at a PËRO store. We record transaction details and any contact or delivery details you choose to give us, for example for delivery or after-sales service.

3. How we use information

• to answer your questions and provide customer service;
• to process, pack and ship your orders, and to handle returns and complaints;
• to manage our stores on sales platforms, including product listings, stock, orders and promotions;
• to keep our services secure and to prevent fraud or misuse;
• to meet our legal obligations, for example tax and accounting records.

We only send you promotional messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

4. Platform tools and APIs

To run our official stores, we use the seller tools — and may use the application programming interfaces (APIs) — provided by the platforms we sell on, such as TikTok API for Business. Through these tools we access information about our own stores, products, orders and advertising. We use this data only to operate our stores and serve our customers, and we handle it in line with this policy and the terms of the platform concerned.

5. Sharing

We share personal data only when needed for the purposes above:

• with the sales platform on which you placed your order;
• with courier and logistics partners, to deliver your order;
• with service providers that support our operations, such as email, hosting and IT providers, who must keep the data confidential;
• with authorities, when required by law.

We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or longer where the law requires it (for example, for tax and accounting records).
